OUR VERDICT

The HOBOT SP10 iScraper is a corded window cleaning robot built for frameless, outdoor and unusual glass, with scraper blades, edge leak sensors and a very strong safety rope. It is the specialist pick if you have glass railings or frameless panes, but US pricing is hard to pin down and it lacks the battery and station of Ecovacs models.

What the HOBOT SP10 iScraper is

The SP10 iScraper is a window cleaning robot from HOBOT, a Taiwanese maker. It holds on with 6,000 Pa of suction, sprays from nozzles on both sides, and wipes and scrapes the glass as it moves HOBOT ↗. HOBOT calls the approach spray, sweep and scrape Smart Robot Reviews ↗.

It runs on a 4 meter power cord, not a battery HOBOT ↗. A 4.5 meter safety rope is rated for up to 230 kgf of pull, and a built in backup power supply keeps it stuck to the glass for 20 minutes during a power cut, with an audio alert HOBOT ↗.

It has four modes: Standard, Fine Cleaning, Fast Cleaning and Handle Avoidance, which steers around window handles and adds extra scrubbing HOBOT ↗. You can run it from an iOS or Android app or the included remote, and it gets firmware updates over the air HOBOT ↗.

What it does well

Frameless glass is its specialty. Edge leakage sensors detect air leaks at seals, frameless edges and gaps between panels, and HOBOT cites gaps under 5 mm and frames under 2 mm HOBOT ↗. Most window robots work best on framed panes, so this is a real difference.

It handles more kinds of glass. HOBOT says it works on glass of any thickness and finish, including glass fences, mirror walls and cabinet doors, and on windows reclined from 7 to 100 degrees HOBOT ↗. Smart Robot Reviews notes HOBOT positions it for both indoor and outdoor use Smart Robot Reviews ↗.

The scraper blades are the other standout. Dual auto lifting scrapers on both sides push water off the glass, and the blades are modular so you can replace them HOBOT ↗. The pressurized spray is designed to resist wind HOBOT ↗.

Safety is strong. The 230 kgf rope rating is well above the roughly 100 kg rating on Ecovacs' Winbot ropes HOBOT ↗ Ecovacs W2S Omni ↗. Smart Robot Reviews calls the SP10 the clear HOBOT to buy in 2026 Smart Robot Reviews ↗.

Where it falls short

It is corded. There is no battery for normal cleaning, so you work within a 4 meter cord HOBOT ↗. The backup supply only holds it in place during an outage.

The backup hold is shorter. It holds for 20 minutes, while Ecovacs' W2S Omni holds for 30 minutes HOBOT ↗ Ecovacs W2S Omni ↗.

There is no station. Smart Robot Reviews notes it is not a station based system like the Ecovacs Winbot line Smart Robot Reviews ↗. You carry it in a hard shell case instead HOBOT ↗.

Specs and price are thin. HOBOT's page does not list a price, tank size, dimensions, weight or warranty HOBOT ↗. Smart Robot Reviews says it costs more than the HOBOT 2S and links to an Amazon listing but gives no dollar figure Smart Robot Reviews ↗. Hands on testing is in progress; we will update this review with results.

Pricing and plans

We could not confirm a US price. HOBOT's product page lists none HOBOT ↗. Smart Robot Reviews found an Amazon listing, verified in September 2026, and says it costs somewhat more than the HOBOT 2S, with a gap that is not enormous Smart Robot Reviews ↗. Check Amazon for the current price.

There is no subscription. Ongoing costs are cleaning pads, solution and replacement scraper blades, which are modular HOBOT ↗. HOBOT's page does not state the warranty, so confirm it with the seller HOBOT ↗.
